A delegation representing from the Ministry of the Interior, Finland visited our centre on 15th of November. The delegation was interested in visiting organisations from across the public, voluntary & community sector to talk about work taking place to:
• Build community resilience, especially after the Manchester Arena attack
• Understand how we all work together to safeguard those most vulnerable to being drawn into extremism / radicalisation.
The delegation said they were inspired by the work done by Rethink Rebuild to get refugees integrated in society as integration is the best tool to fight extremism.
